Ascents in Quadra Island by Seanathon

Got on to this new route by accident. Thought we were on Lone Pine Arete. It has the most amazing views from the top.

Good 5.8/9 climbing to the top clip where the crux is 10a. I went straight up and over which felt a little desperate.

A fairly sustained climb. A little loose but enjoyable non the less. Not a huge fan of the anchor placement though because of the super friction rock it is hard to get rope down after the repel.

Was stoked to grab the First Ascent on this climb! Thanks to Philip Stone for bolting it. The bottom section where it gets its grade, is thin and reachy, which was my favourite.

This route has a super neat roof section to it which makes the climb worth doing. Way too many bolts on it though, so just clip the ones you need.

Do not go past first set of anchors! The second set of anchors at the very top have had their hangers removed. I loved the start of this climb. A very fun bouldery start.

This route had a huge boulder right in the middle of it that was broken and loose. Very sketchy! We didn't want to pull on the boulder or stand on it which made the route extremely tough.

This wasn't that great of a route. Too many bolts and not a very direct line.

I really enjoyed this route! Lots of cool features. A few tough moves for a 10a.
