Ascents of Lean Beef having Beta

Great fun, a good project for those as dynamically challenged as me, defiantly working a weakness but managed to eventually do all the moves. Will need to put in a bit more time and suss out some better rests another one on the project list. Thanks for the patient belay Geoff!

Brilliant. Come to the crag for this one. Big fun moves to big holds with a nice rest if you need it.

Three laps. This is basically a master class in dynos. I do five dynamic/deadpoint throws in total at varying degrees of difficulty. Coming out of the cave is easily the crux for me.

End of day burn just for hell of it. hardest climb I have ever tried, lower section felt vaguely doable, no idea what to do after clip 4. Will be back after more campus training

Gotta learn how to launch like a rocket for this one.

Big moves, tall move, dynamic moves. Goey! Like 3 fun boulder problems stuck together.

Yeah! Finally. I thought it can not be done. The best climb i have done so far. Only one dyno at the traverse the rest managed to reach. Clumsy start but the finish with 3 * wooohoooo!

Finally ticked this Beast! 3 Sessions and 3 dyno's later!

Felt easy this time, albeit with a bit of a lie down in the cave for a breather.

Awesome climb. Found the moves. It will go im the next attempt.

Had a bit of a try on this. Was tall enough to statically reach the first two 'dynos' but got shut down on the third sadly. Going to have to learn to jump!

First lap as a warm up and then dialing in the dyno on second lap. First attempt linking the moves, it went like a breeze. Happy I finally linked it all.

Wow, pumpy big moves to solid holds, fell getting past 3rd clip dyno, weirdish foot leading into cavern, finally reached up and held just above bolts, dyno-ed to get the next and a pumpy finish.

Much better on the stand up move, yet my dyno game was falling off, super climb.

Put half the draws on. Maybe if I was a super strong, massively powerful short climber, I might have a chance but without the 'super strong' & 'massively powerful', I'm only left with 'short' & this is not a climb for those that are just that. Fun trying though.

Made progress. All moves have been done. Just need to link it all with the two hand dyno to the ledge.

AND BOOOOM... REDPOINT! So psyched to FINALLY get this send. First 24! After 2 days and 5 dogs dialed it all together to crush it!!

This must be the best climb in metro Sydney. Unbelievable climb.

Huge moves, reachy. Pulled quickdraws to get to the top. First 24 ever outdoor.

FINALLY! landed middle dyno first try. Such a good climb, went for another lap without resting in the cave.

Fell from last hard move on OS attempt, quickly sent it afterwards, nice & easy moves, lots of kneebars, gopd 24 for Sydney

Trying something above my redpoint. Super fun with dyno after dyno. First move after the traverse is tough! If you have a longer reach it will be easier.

So many dynos, so much foot cutting, had to dial in the throw through the second crux. It reminds me of a harder version of "welcome to the body shop".

Got to first dynamic move but couldn't get it.

Dyno to glory! So much fun.

2 shots today. Painfully close to ticking it 2nd shot but fucked my feet up at the crux! Got it next time for sure!
