Saint Nicolas Mostly Sport climbing 34 routes in sector

From the central parking at the riverside in Leonidio, cross the bridge and turn right. Follow the street that zig-zags through the narrow alleys and leaves Leonidio towards Saint Nicholas monastery. Continue along the serpentine road through a grove through two metal gates (open and close behind you if necessary). Then the road steepens up and weaves up to the monastery (a confident driver is recommended!). Park in front of the outer wall of the monastery (37.1475, 22.8200).

Walk into the courtyard of the monastery and up the trail with a sign to sector Saint Nicolas. Just after leaving the monastery into the gorge the trail splits. If you are heading for the left side, take the lower branch and walk along the riverbed to the routes. To the right side, continue on the old trail uphill for another 3-5 minutes.
