Ascents in Corridor Buttress

Exposure practice round. Lots of choss on that one. Direct variation at the end straight up through a good clean face, probably at grade 16.

Horrorshow choss. Great if you like gardening, and cornflakes. Pitons can often be found behind bushes.

Feels remote, nice climb for a day out. Lekker view !

Struggled on the crack pitch and had my first lesson on how to hand jam

First four pitches are choss. Rock quality improves from there on. I block led pitches 1 to 4. I also led pitch 7.

P1 and 2 can be combined. Last pitch can be scrambled unroped.
