Ascents of Keep the Jam, Man having Beta

My first-ever practice of multi-pitch.

Only did first pitch. The crux has very polished feet, makes it harder

First climb in Tonsai. Went off route up the tufa (why put a tufa and not follow it??), dunked my arm up to the elbow in a bird bath, got pumped waiting for it to dry, but managed to keep it together. This place is amazing

Onsighted first half, but had to bail and never completed due to heavy rain.

Huge side pulls at the start if you look around for chalk marks. Climb is straightforward until the ledge where I lost sight of the next clipping point. Saw a sling off to the right so veered off. Ended up anchoring in to the 'mosquito coil' anchor.

Hard work on lead solo.

Made it up to the crux and got the last clip with little to no grace and then hit the jugs and just couldn't hold on to whalerous it over the lip...

You faught well my friend and won today but soon I will be victorious!

Failed at the crux... Damn you last bolt!

Didn't continue onto upper pitches as it was raining and they were wet, while the lower wall was dry - so only did the 5.9 section. Good clean fun

last pitch is awesome-evn if there is only 5 slings over 35 meters!!
