Ascents in Deacon Area

Not much time to think about falling on this one.

With Lysann. Awesome. Should have been called primate not prelate cos you get to swing and hand around like a little rock monkee. Very fun - and a cool knee-bar.

Nothing like a bit of commitment. The only reason I tried it was because it looked like you sling the peanut. Alas it was not to be, and desperate clinging to the hole eventually got me up.

Sweet little climb just a bit committing

Didn't have a sling to protect the crux which made it a bit spicier

Might have been better in dry conditions. The peanut jug had a huge puddle next to it which made it slightly harder to place pro. I had to go down and come back up with a plan to move through and protect otherwise Id have pumped out placing pro. Cool one move wonder!

great climb climed with stef at the time was only leading 9's and 10's was feeling good so lead it from ground up was proud of myself

A nice lead, but only short difficulties.

Great climb, solid gear, exciting crux.

Feels like an Araps 12 when the wind is quiet, and 14/15 when it's blowing a gale.
