Great climb with zen top out. Couldn't reach the good crimp from the foot nubas I'd planned but went ok. Maybe soft for grade? Haven't climbed enough slab boulders to know.

Really great slab with small crimps and sidepulls, a few good smears, and a bold top.

I only had an hour to work it and the weather was closing in. I was having a tough time with the dyno and I knew my attempts were running out. I pulled on one last time, blood seeping through the tape on my fingertips, sprinkles of rain coming down around me, I emptied my mind, and BAM! Dyno stuck, Mabel going berserk licking my face as I topped out, the usual shouts of joy poured out, and a passing mountain bike rider gave a fist pump and a grin. Perfect end to a great weekend!

Had to use a top rope to commit to the top. Terrifying. Maybe another time without the rope.

Finally! So so happy. Everything flowed. Once I made the dynamic move to the jug I knew it could all fall into place. Managed to keep my head together and bring it home. Yeah!

Felt smooth. Elegant climbing.

Finally got this! Everything just came together. Helped to have warmed up, took my time, no rush, plenty of shade and cool. A little yelling on the top half just to be safe. Beautiful climb! So happy, and just before the year end!

If you climb this as per the topo on here and in the book, it's just a couple of hard moves then easy through the middle and top. Not 24.

Climbing straight up the slab without the holds on the right arête, would be significantly harder than 24 I think?

The hard moves are all on the first bolt with ground fall consequence, so pre clipped the second bolt.

The battle took longer than expected but that makes the fruit all the sweeter. Conditions were perfect this morning, I was feeling strong, and psych was high. And she went clean! Whoops of joy were heard through the valley wide. Thanks to everyone for the many belays!

So stoked to get the send on this today, on my fourth visit. Such a fun route with a few really cool moves. Especially great to get it after the first move was such a heartbreaker for me for so long.

Now ahead of schedule for ten 5.12's in 2016! Two down, eight to go!

Satisfaction! Lovely route with great sequences once you've got them dialed. Really aesthetic line.

Smooth sailing once the beta is right and dialed. Really great enjoyable climbing. The book is right when it says that this is easier if you gave some finesse. I need some more finesse! Haha

Definitely not a 24. Maybe a soft 23? Really fun varied climbing.

Same joys of the mantle and top out of Insider Trading, but with the additional joy of the fun crux at the bottom. Soft 23.

So stoked to finally send this. It took a much longer battle than the grade would suggest. But I could feel it coming in the air tonight.

Big shout out and thanks to Gwyn for all the belays. It sucks that an over enthusiastic belay on my part during a slip pulled you off what might have been your pink point. Yours will go next time definitely!

Nice big rest and walk around before this. Didn't think of the fall potential once, clear mind and just enjoyed the climbing. Perfect.

Only around V1 from the stand. The sit seemed harder than v3, but I don't know much about sit starts! Haha

Rock wasn't that bad, and the holds are jugs. Light on for the grade, but you're going to get pretty hurt if you fall off! Haha

Great route. Clean second time around. Second bolt could be scary on lead!

This climb really confounded me. Even in hindsight I'm really confused. Really hard and messy start to the first bolt followed by a too easy, uninteresting top section. I may have been doing it wrong but darned if I can see a way for this to be a nice climb. Really disappointing as the arête looked so promising!

Retro flash? Pre clipped second bolt due to ground fall potential off first bolt, given my dodgy back and no mat. Still heady clipping third bolt and topping out.

Great to come back to this after a few years and feel so much better on it. Couldn't get over the first move last time and cruised that move this time. Good technical crux after that off a good rest, and a good fun sequence up the second half.

Harder if you're under 6 foot.

All time classic. A couple of the run outs were a bit scary. Real classy moves. Sick as a dog too.
