Bailed from the bolt after the rooflet (and no-hands rest). I'd been on this long enough trying to put it together, that my skin was torched, and my belayer bored. I didn't think I was enjoying it at the time, but in hindsight it was pretty awesome. The lower crux is briefly powerful and sharp, followed by easier but engaging climbing. I never managed to put together the top boulder (after the ledge), but didn't REALLY try all that hard. Might be worth coming back to.

I found the holds through the low crux, quite sharp and painful on minimal feet, which made them hard to pull on. Otherwise, it's really good.

Not bad climbing through a couple of cruxes. Probably not too hard for the grade.

Pretty fun really, a hard move down low then interesting climbing to a sit-down and a couple hard moves above.

2nd day. Hard after a df session apparently its soft. Worst stickclip ever. Climb is well worth it. Good and pumpy 26, think it's much better than supercal (different at least)

Super fun. Crux after laydown rest required crimping hard for me. Will come back for it

Start to giant break at the top high point. Stoked! Then screwed up the high crux. Pulled back on and found a bicycle that makes that move so much less hard. Pretty happy with my performance, considering yesterday was a hard training session.

Thrilled to get this on 3rd go today. Low crux is really fun techy climbing. High crux is physical even with good beta, I had to crimp hard. I found that LF in bowtie hueco while RF toehooks the roof below keeps me stable in moving for the LH slot. All in all super fun route, with plenty of moves that feel great when you get them right.

Didn't think I have psych to rope climb here anymore but this route made me happy What fun sequences!

Second go. Actually a really worthwhile adventure. Gear beta was spot on, I placed three 0.5s, an 0.4, a #2, and a #3. 27 feels quite generous considering it only has one hard move down low but that move is probably quite tricky and might feel a bit rude on a 25 or 26. Worthwhile!

Lower crux felt fine, but linkage in the upper section was pumpy! 2 shots.

2nd go. I really rate this climb. Not too hard for the grade as the crux is low down, but the pump certainly builds placing gear

Tricky and balancy crux, not too hard when you get into the right body position

All the moves done while melting in the sun. Too hot and bailed after that. New project methinks. Psyched

Really rad and interesting climbing. Psyched for a low commitment project maybe. Did all the individual moves through the first and second crux but then came down as I was running low on skin. (x2)

Best route in the gorge. Actually did some moves today. Down to three overlapping sections, fell off the last move of the main crux from the ground. Guess i’d better try to send it then. If Parched is 29 then this is 26 at best. (x3 long laps in the sun)

First lap suss Second linked the first boulder, sat at the jug then clean to the top.. Third lap fell on the second last move, the match. 28??

All moves done, not a lot of linkage as got pretty trashed just working all the moves. Definitely see it breaking down to a sit or two fairly quickly, then hopefully sendage! Begrudgingly don't think I could take it as 29 though.

Second shot after a foot pop on the first. Psyched to send this today with a big crew and family cheering me on. Middle of the rd 28 for me, the holds are just too positive.

Managed to stick all the moves today! Maybe a send is actually not impossible!

Decent high point on first lap. Abismal second burn, but left hopeful of for further progress next time out.

New high point falling off the around the world sequence like a punter. Warmed up, had a shit burn, had a good burn, had an average burn, went home. (x4)
