Nice sustained route. I don't know if we were just worn out from a week of climbing but it felt hard as nails to both Owain and I, especially the move over the lip near the bottom. Wrecked us.

3 more shots today, 6 in total now... Not moving forward, just hitting the wall on the one hard move of the climb. Can land the crux 1 in 3 shots, but never linked the whole thing.

"I want to try onsight this" next minute fall off the first move! Tricky boulder start that ended up taking a few shots to work out, probably V3, to ledge where you can have a tea party. then blast the steepness proper on jugs to high crux.

4 shots, two one-hangs and very very close on the last one. Happy with it. Great little roof, impossible to do the starting dyno to the first jug without feeling awesome.

aided off the ground, liked the jugs in the roof, then grabbed the wrong hold and skipped a move of sequence. only way I found to do the crux was with a big RH dyno to R lippy jug which I only pulled off after many attempts and getting in position on TR. went straight up from there cos I spotted a jug; apparently not the easiest way to the anchors?

I'd have preferred long quickdraws for the crux bolt, and bolt before that I think, otherwise dogging the crux shreds the rope over an edge. Didn't spend to long because of that. Backjumped to clean.

The opening boulder is nails, but the rest of it goes pretty well. Not sure why you cant just start on the easy holds a meter left.

Thought I’d struggle on opening boulder but that went pretty easily. Spent a long time on the big move between jugs straight off the ledge (god do I suck at roofs!) because I tried to use the chalked up non-hold instead of just throwing hard for the good stuff. Then a similar amount of time at the crux where you really do need to use some bad holds. Loved the easier section leading into the crux. Looking forward to getting back on.

Fell through the crux working out tall guy beta that worked for me, finally worked it out and moves felt solid, went for a send attempt and left hand felt solid after the move but just decided to ping off the hold as I went to move my right hand up!
