Ascents in Roadside boulders having Beta

Need to work initial right hand up as currently just slapping for it. All other moves have been completed and linked

Sent with same line but different beta than description. Impossible to reach second sloper for shorter climbers.

Used the starting side pull as a left foot and locked off to the top. This beta felt easier and possibly in the V5/6 range

Needed a session last week to work out the beta but was able to do this twice today. Hard for the grade.

Felt nails trying last time, felt nails trying this time, sent it and felt alright. Bag of sand but fun big moves

Super stoked to get this one! My first for the grade, very enjoyable. I'm 5"2 and was able to 3 finger drag on the really sharp crimpy hold instead of using the big pinch.

Need to figure out a move or two between the first half and second and then it can probably go. Really have to fight through each move!

Climb is nice!

It's quite mossy up the top but you'll find that the best jugs up there are quite safe.

Looked far nicer than the one next to it - super thin feet, but just committed and pulled through

Now wasn't this a doozy. Had to pull way harder on the left hand crimp than I ever would've wanted. Close to blowing it out to tbh, but kinda just hung around and got it in the end

Interesting feet positioning as you move up the feature. Decent slopers before the mantle

Spicy - but there was a little of everything to make it upwards. Soft?

Seemed possible at the start, but ended up just being a really weird side pull with no feet. Do you just, throw it up and hope shit sticks?

Super long boy intensive. Barely got enough purchase on the right hand crimp to make any meaning lunge up to the ledge jug

Bit of a spanny move but good boulder

The flake moves when pulling hard.

Used the right dislocated boulder for feet first couple moves. Top holds felt a bit sketchy but held for the mantle.

Getting off the ground was solid. Probably a V1.

Close, just need to come back and give it a few more shots

Climbed as a warm up with some friends. A nice chunk of a right side pull flake near the top broke off. Doesn't change the grade but be cautious near the top as the rock is frail.

Finally dialed in reliable bets on the final move by campusing plus an imprecise right smear.

Managed all the moves but was a bit too fatigued to put it together. This one makes you fight.

Final move feels harder than before. Managed to campus it in isolation, going for that now on the finish.

Still have no idea how this is going to go down. Any videos of sends on it around?

Couldn't get to the final move crux with enough gas to make the finish. This wall stays mostly dry even in the wettest conditions so hope to come back this week to finish it up.

Nice to get some longer lines on this boulder.

Did this going to right hand at bottom of nose then left hand to NP slope then to top. Nice movement but felt harder than v3.

Did the version with big foot, almost got the harder variant done.

Better as a sit start. Might be v3

Got some new beta for next time

Some difficult slopey crimps and arm gratey good times.

This one perplexes me. Tried all sorts of weird beta from standing on the ledges but I can't reach anything reasonable up high to bring the feet up.

Via no heel hook this time. Nice as it adds more technical footwork.

Very cool moves and a smooth top out if you don’t overthink it. I broke a thin flake crimp up top I knew better than to pull on so as always remember to be mindful of rock quality at all crags

Tricky start with the tree but great once it gets moving
