Potential rope cut incident I cut my rope 60% through, new rope! Fell past the roof on to the first bolt on the vertical. Having a long draw on this bolt makes the rope run across a very sharp edge. The edge is part of the pinch hold after the roof. If you keep your draws short around there, it will keep it away

20 years after first looking at the wall it was great to get it done!!!

Had to do a completely sideways rest to get the tick

Both cruxes are quite complex and it's a great fun to finally decipher them. I discovered new beta nearly every time I was climbing the route...and finally it happened.

Great route, feels harder than Valhalla because once you start the 29 section there is no rest until 28 jugs and than the 28 crux awaits...

7 go knowing most of the better already, was hoping to get to the midway jugs, but then found myself at the top. What a surprise. The link section is really fun, very done with climbing Vikings!

Spent 3 weeks top rope soloing, once dialled wasn’t to bad on the fingers. I think more powerful then pumpy

Excellent climbing, great position. Maybe it was good connies but didn't feel harder than 27 to me. Great arvo out with Chris.

First burn got to the top, all the beta seems fine, but linking the cruxes will be hard. Had four attempts across two sessions.

First 28!! Getting new beta for the top crux by heading out right made the difference 🥳

More people have given this classic than very good but the system has it as 2 stars and a 63 rating. Not sure why this is.

The mega proj goes down! Didn't expect much seeing as it was a 32 degree day but somehow got to the chains. Definitely a three star route!

Sharp!

Great fun high on the wall. Raining and cold, came down soaked but holds stayed dry. Likely a few variations possible for the crux, right hand to the jug worked for me. 4th shot.

Happy to get all the moves. Great climb but quite sharp.

Fell on the last hard move on a cold, windy and showery day.

Liked this climb the more I tried it. My style, but probably a bit soft.

1- dog

2- forgot to extend the crux draw and didn't risk the ledge fall

3- pumped out last hard move

4- gottem

good location but a bit of a one-mover. crux hold is razor sharp

3 shots, got the beta. To the top from the ledge clean. Ran out of beans and skin

Good sauce, worth the skin

Punchy number with some nice bouldery movement. Grades are tricky and personal. My opinion is it's solid at 26. (My other opinion is that the star ratings for this and flirtation should be swapped!)

Fell on the onsight pulling the glued hold off. Cleaned it up and sent it 2nd go with the missing hold. The crux is now longer and harder. This is a must do route... GET ON IT

Super funky chimney climbing to a good no hands rest up high. Heap up and hit the crux near the tree before trying not to pump out on the jugs. Nice long fun climbing. Not to tough at the grade.

Fun chimney climbing with awesome steep face climbing to finish. Great length too. One fall at the crux. I'll be back.
