Ascents in Lost Vegas as Flash

Excellent climbing, great position. Maybe it was good connies but didn't feel harder than 27 to me. Great arvo out with Chris.

Pumping start on big holds to continual engaging climbing all the way to the top. One final tough sequence before the chains keeps you fighting. Awesome route!

Good if you avoid stepping on all the non-foothold breaky rock.

Not as good as I though my it would be but the cold and wet didn't help. A bit stop start with some proper hard moves.

I wouldn't have gotten on this if Jenga -intent on ticking the dry parts of the crag in a day- hadn't chucked a lap up it, and come down singing its praises. I started up the steep (juggy) start of the 24 to the right (to avoid the ledge doddle at the start of this route) and moved left into the lower steep-crux of this route, which makes a much more sustained pitch. The steepness is negotiated far easier than expected, and the slab proved surprisingly more demanding than anticipated. The final moves had me holding my breath.

On G and H's draws but may have avoided intended crux by climbing right hand of the twin cracks through the crux??

Great, fun and pumpy.

The first half is an inoffensive doddle, but the upper half is great and improbable climbing up a strangely intimidating looking steep face. Great moves once you get past the first (unnecessary) set of anchors.

Cool climb, but reasonably sketchy flake about half way up.

It was cold and I could not feel the crimps. Maybe that helped?

Worth a look, great long climbing with plenty of rests for injured souls.

I'm trying to think of something good to say about this route, and coming up blank... I guess the moss-carpet climbing was hilarious in the same way that running the tough-mudder coarse is? Sharp, fragile, mossy and dirty. Yeah... No.

I don't hand out mega-classic ratings very often but this route definately deserves it. Awesome varied climbing the whole way to the anchors. Does a grade 19 get anymore exposed than this!

Hard fist jamming start before easier moves on dirtier rock lead to the top.

Plenty of variety, awesome climbing, lots of exposure.

First climb back after 3 months or more. Scary for that reason, but OK otherwise.

Got scared, stuck, cold, wet, pumped, frustrated... The whole package for a warm up.

Earns every star! Amazing variety!
