Jordi's first 22 onsight. My dream flash - that was pretty close to limit!

Brilliant. All the jugs creak but there are lots of bolts. Technically prolly easier than 21 but pumpy, thugy, and committing. Onsighted, then did it again to retrieve the draws. Not sure why it has an R grade.

Great route, couple of hard moves, especially in the sweat-bucket heat.

Awesome route. Only just made it, was sliding off the jugs. Then the flared jams, fun times.

That felt very hard. On the way down I realised I missed a few holds, might be best to avoid being sucked too far right, at least reach back left to the pocket, rather than stepping up off the good R hold. Still desperate above that.

Very good climb, definitely worth getting on. Do use a rope getting to the anchor, as the “grade 4 slab is sketch”.

Great route. Mussy hooks are both worn halfway through.

Could not do either crux. I gather a hold has broken on the first; it felt waaaay hard, 25+ hard?? But I've not done enough to know.

Very wet, eek. A bit more run out than the others, esp in the wet.

Top half is really nice. Start was 19~20, but it is off the deck so we subtract a grade or two, I guess.

Brilliant route, in three distinct parts, with diff styles. One for the all round climber! For me, and Jordi, the crux was in the last part, on the slab, desperate. The first 2/3 are solid for 18, the last bit felt way harder.

Well the "impossibly hard" section is bloody hard, for 18. Next time I'll definitely read the guidebook for beta.

Had to do it twice, for logistical reasons. Just as good the second time

Got all the moves sorted this time, I think. Hope I can remember them. Sun set on us.

Maybe I stuffed the sequence up but freaking desperate for 18. Multiple grades harder than Hang On, and defs harder than Orca

Absolute freaking stocker of a route!!!

Works well staying pretty much on the line rather than hunting the neighbours for holds. Beware, very definite ledge fall potential. Clipping holds are good enough, but don’t stuff it, and make sure your belayer is ready to yard.

Came off on the flake, head jam slipped, even though I had flashed it on the previous route. Rest of the route is really nice, and surprisingly clean and dry. Don’t forget a jam is a jug.

Can’t believe I onsighted this 25 years ago, maybe I didn’t! Got all the moves, eventually. No way I could link them. Hope I remember them for next time.

I think the flake move is 19 and the crux of the route proper felt 19 but maybe 18 if it was not so humid…

Working high point. Couldn't do one of the middle moves that I did last time, grrr. But got the moves to the jug and up to the big scoop on the headwall. Funky beta off the jug worked a treat.

Pulling on jugs seemed like a good idea in the humidity, and it was. Fun route. Moves under the cave all turn out to be feasible. Got to the big jug out of the cave, great move, but could not keep the feet on to release the left hand.

Super friction, but still felt quite insecure.

Fantastic. All there. I found it easy for 17.

Nice. Very large loose block at the top. Belay well to the side. And two large hollow flakes you have to pull and stand on!

Yeah nah, quite a lot harder than it looked, and that’s before you get to the crux.

Pretty cruisy for 16, if you dig cracks
