Ascents in Coolum Beach

The body has the same amount of confusion it did when trying unleash the dancer.

Feels doable. But also might need some wizardry.

Similar idea to shake your trees,hardest bit was in getting of the ground then jugs for days.

So again didn't do it off the underclings and fully belive that if you do it will be a solid V8+ as the feet give little to no upward momentum. i used a small crimp on the right hand and undercling on the left still sitting directly under the Prow then straight up and over. Again 1 hard move and really this is maybe a V4 this way. super fun little problem though. Spent about 30 minuets trying to find any way to get off the ground using the underclings unsuccessfully so will revisit this (not in the middle of a hot day. It will go just need someone stronger.

Using Oliver's wizardry I got my butt off the ground. Probably won't be V6+, but we'll see how the mantle goes.

No clue on how to pull off the ground on this either. After trying this and Figurehead a bunch, I called it quits to save skin.

The sand being a meter below what it is meant to be makes it a little harder, still a 4 though.

Make sure to bring several pads. Landings are dodgy

Having a spotter helps tons, bring lots of pads and brush..

Whoof! Can see the line, can't see my butt coming off the ground anytime soon. Home wall will be perfect training. Stoked on it.

Neat little boulder

Logging here as this route but actually not 100% is used the same starting holds or i went a little higher on the right hand to start, the initial handhold i think i pulled some of the positive off it. So right hand may have been a little higher and really once you are off the ground you can easily get up to the jugs on the lip. Can probably find a harder starting hold so will work on that next time i go there.

Cool boulder the the right of this sit start on the almost separate boulder 1m to your right, Left hand start sloper and right on small rail crimp then up the steepest face on your left going up and over the highest point of the boulder and that felt cV5 and felt the hardest for the day.

Nice fun one i went rail to really nice undercling requiring good core and fun footwork again like most of the boulder really only one move until the top is in reach of either standing or jumping depending on where you are going for the top out, i didnt have a mat or spotter and it was quite busy so i was playing it safe to avoid drawing attention.

Could barely even do the start today. Probs shouldn't have gone so hard on the home wall this morning.

Best of the three that I did. Fun movement through the undercling to the lip.

Really fun holds but not sure how long holds will remain as some are already brittle.

I really enjoy this. Relatively balanced start followed by a really enjoyable layback. Best have some protection though as the crack is droppable. Shame about the Dabby boulders behind.

Super fun little warm up traversing from as far right to the prow as you can go then along the bottom up into the vertical crack line and up that to the highest point. Grades are very much a lose guess so really need confirmation from someone better at that. Note none of these are claimed as First Accents as these have all defiantly been done in the past so if anyone knows and can link that as we try to find more boulders on the coast

Good, but a bit awkward having to avoid the obvious blocks at the base.

Really fun boulder!! Good warm up. I might add that I believe one of the top holds has cracked and not sure if this changes the difficulty.
