Ascents of Early Funk

A bit of a stiff warmup. Probably moreso nerves from being on an unclear route at a new place than any particular move.

Spooked a poor pheasant from it's egg nest a handful of times while I complained up this technical and steep route at the grade.

Climbs like a trad route, good fun

Technical start, Bridget then into steep jugs. Missed a crucial hold over a ledge and blew the onsight.

This flows really well once you figure out which alternate middle or finish you're doing. Left most start, traverse, right most finish up crimps with good feet

Repeat - Clean. Lead-Downclimbed this clean in its entirety after climbing up Negative Funk cleanly, so I'm counting it.

Yuck! Couldn't even get this done today. Fell at the start, got back on and then sat at second bolt! Spooge fest! I had sweat everywhere!

Warm up, getting slowly better at the funky start of this.

Sadly some one (local) has hacked and cut down most of the trees around this area Now with quick lowers.
