Started with a toe hook on the left bulge instead of a heel. Got too confident and missed the flash, that'll teach me.

Had to commit to the mantle with a high right heel. It was either top or faceplant. Unexpectedly good!

Did the move up to the good gaston first go but there was no way I could move from it. Only tried a handful of times because it hurt my wrist but it felt hard! Defo not a 5.

Try not to be too short for this one!

Super hard for the grade. So happy to get the climb! Been trying this climb on and off for the past year and a half. Think it's probably V8.

Very tough. Got the first couple moves which are on some tiny holds.Possibly a few ways to do it, one going more up the overhanging face (easier start but harder finish) and the other up the vertical face (easier finish but very hard first move).

Finally figured out the next move in the sequence after multiple sessions and got a hand on the hold. An inch more reach would make the move much easier. Still really cool and fun!

New highpoint on this today! Stuck the next move into it which I thought would be the crux until I tried the one after. Need to train some intense lock off strength and then it might go!

After probably 20+ sessions, 300+ attempts and 2 years this thing finally went!! Decided to give it a go for the first time in about 4 months and fresh eyes led me to see that the method i was trying was next to impossible. After a bunch of goes I found a new method that I at first thought was stupid and then a few goes later I was at the top. No clue on the grade. It feels so suited to my strengths but still felt like the hardest thing I've ever done so maybe it's worth v6 but having never done that grade and with it going quickly upon finding the new beta I'm not sure. I'll leave it at v5/6 for now. All in all, an incredibly satisfying send of a climb with surprisingly subtle beta and cool movement. Somehow manages to pack 6 moves into this tiny face. I may be biased but I think it's great

Surprisingly cool bit of climbing, went second go. I exchanged the left heel hook for a left toe hook at the start. Never would have thought to try this, thanks Evan.C joe tynan for putting it up

Another somewhat cramped, contrived line on this block but it's maybe the hardest thing in Mornington so felt it was worth adding. Hard to pick whether this or A Dream is harder. Also hard to know the grade without climbing outside much recently. Oh well, it climbs pretty well
