Ascents in West having Beta

Onsight verschenkt weil nass. Sonst eher soft nach meiner Einschätzung

Direkt beim ersten Versuch geklettert. Coole moves in der Boulder-Crux aber fühlte sich für mich eher nach 7b an. Beim großen Loch in der Mitte ists eh schon vorbei.

Coole Kletterei aber hat wenig zu tun mit 9-.

Ich wollte es die ganze Zeit statisch über den Zangengriff lösen, bis ich gemerkt habe, dass ich leicht dynamisch gleich an den rettenden Griff kann. Tiefer Sitzstart an Sideschuppe links und scharfer Leiste rechts.

Nachtrag

SL bei etwas Nässe schwieriger als 3+.

und 2. Seillänge kann man vergessen, aber dafür ist der Rest wirklich lohnend. Spicy Platte in der 3. SL zum selber absichern.

Großes Untergriffband nicht genommen! Nur den kleinen Untergriff unterhalb vom großen Band (siehe Bild). Unsicher ob es gültig ist. 🤔

Einstieg bröselt komplett weg, daher eleganter Spreiz-Einstieg mittels gegenüberliegendem Baum.

Nice climbing with a 100% Rest inbetween. A bit of a one move wonder though, with the hardest move being right at the top. Almost climbed it today, Slipped on the final jug.

Hard, hard, hard.... Feels like 8a to the rest followed by another boulder. Tried it the first time 3 years ago. Many sessions over the years, this year 2nd session. Cant beleive i sent it first time i reached the rest, i was certain i'd fall on the last boulder at least once. Started all my send goes from the ground and not platform.

Oben nicht von den Chalkspuren verleiten lassen, sondern tief bleiben, sonst steht man über dem Umlenker.

Nicht fit gewesen die letzten Tage was ich heute noch gespürt habe. Nette Linie. Sonst gut kletterbar und eher soft.

Very short route on small crimps above the river with a really cool toehook beta for the crux move. Felt a bit hard for the grade, but still appropriate since its so short. Being tall helps.

Wenn man mal den Einstieg ausgebouldert hat muss man nur noch dranbleiben und die Querung im 2. Teil sauber hinbekommen. Geniale Linie.

Very good protection on pitches. Starting pitches have (too) many bolts and even via ferrata style steps to stand on the belay station. Exit from the final pitch is sketchy though. Starts with via ferrata and ends with a bench next to the cross where you can enjoy the view above 100 metre almost vertical drop. And no protection whatsoever leading to the exit trail.
