Second shot today, 6th attempt overall. Really satisfying. After my first attempt today I figured the most efficient way for me would be to skip the bolt in the middle of the crux as it takes a bit of energy to clip it. The fall potential would be bigger but safe all the same. I knew part of me would want to clip the bolt and that voice did come up however thankfully both Bec and I told myself to push on and I was able to stick the last move of the crux sequence and get the send. A really satisfying moment on a climb worthy of it's popularity.

Felt pretty close to doing this in a day. Did it twice then cleaned it but decided to come back at the end of the day for 2 more burns where I fell off the last powerful move. Super fun climb.

#2go Great line. Tried the dyno on the first go which felt terribly low %. Found a nice static beta that worked for me!

Excellent. Tricky start then a punchy move through the roof.

Sent after just pushing through. Would have been a bit spicier to finish back in the day before the fifth bolt went in.

Went sight seeing. Could probably lead okay to the 4/5 draw. Hard move above 5th draw to small edge. And tough to get setup for big throw between 6/7 draw.

I bypassed the crux bulge with a traverse to the right. Seemed legit enough at the time, but I'll go back and try the route again with the intended crux sequence.

scramble up from the bolted belay to make the first clip. First crux is just above the second clip, second crux is by the sixth clip. Fun, steep, thoughtful and pumpy.

One more lap cos it's so good when you've worked out the sequence.

5.12a Cowgirls in the Rain Sport Very Good

Probably not the best for a warm up.... Hard to find the correct sequence and a bit polished.

Really good once you've found the sequence.

A couple of loose blocks makes it a bit interesting especially when they are essential crux holds. Really technical and hard to find on the onsight attempt.
