From Ontario Climbing Vol 2 I'd say the photo shows Horrendous Overhanging Offwidth Chimnney Direct, described in the book as "harder" than HOOC. DOTIP is a few meters left. I'd agree the grade for the roof was at least 5.10b though. It felt harder than Dammit Jim I'm a Rock Climber Not a Tree Surgeon which went left of the tree at that grade...

It has a sequence of 3 moves that are 5.10b, but the rest is pretty easy. It's a fun climb and a great introduction to overhangs.
