Ascents in Muab

Very nice one...but can't imagine Alain Robert free solo on it!

Lead every pitch and fell at the tricky start on pitch 1 and again on the crux on pitch 4. Pitch 5 is the money pitch. Hard for the grade.

I sat on the rope a little, whipped as well.

It was a pretty hot day and we were mostly climbing in the sun. Every step on those Verdon footholds was very painful. The big toes are not used to this style of climbing I reckon.

I found it pretty interesting how every pitch had traversing bits. I usually froth traverses. By the time we got to the top I think I got to understand a little better the Verdon style and what one needs to do to climb here. So Stoked!!!!! Such a unique place!
