Ascent in Püttlachnadel having Beta

Had already looked for this needle a while ago but didn't find it. Approached it from above today and succeeded. The flagpole on top is hard to see, though. Described in the old 1931 guide book as "prominent needle", now you can walk past it without even noticing due to the trees. Still climbable, though. The easiest way up seems to be to start at the south face and then from the ledge do a clockwise spiral up. The start might be harder than "1", actually, but it doesn't really matter anyway. No book on top, unfortunately.
