Ascents in Kalymnos as Retreat

Got to bolt no. 12! Aided the undercling crux (crazy move) and lowered at 2nd crux. I'll be back.

Try til the crux and couldn't do it quite...

Fell off the first crux 4 times. Couldn't hold on long enough with one hand to clip the next bolt. Sun hits 1pm. Not quite sure why I wanted to try this in the sun.

Tried till pass the crux. The tufss confused me so much! Might try again some other times..

End of day project shopping. Failed to solve the crux.

A proper ass-kick on my first day. 8 QDs flash, 2 more with 3 hangs. I thought it was a little hard to read and I didn't find many solid kneebars like in Ivi or Priapos. Probably have to get a lot stronger to really enjoy it. 8b Tobi to the rescue.

Sun coming, only 1 onsight try possible. Boom, fail.

Made a barnstorming start, then ground to a halt at the top of the tufas. Alot of wetness, plus the fact it seemed hard forced a hasty retreat.

Beautiful moves. A little polished but not too bad. Super fun first half that felt 6c-ish. Could do the first hard bit clipping off the two sidepull scoops. Could hold the sidepull pocket after the long move but couldn't clip from it. First fall of the trip.

Did all moves in the pocket crux while dogging but couldn't exit/ stand up on the high right foot after the pockets. Didn't use undercling/ sidepull pocket. At least 7c? Can't really judge though.

Yep, you do want to have a 80m rope to make it back from the top to the halfway anchor

An amazing steep line. With these wet conditions way too hard for me though

The boltplate at the crux is missing....

Intimidating! Two options for the first few moves. Both burly! Some falls to get used to it. (Expo)

Only had my feet off the ground but didn't want to commit to a cut loose on the steep bulge above the ledge.

The route seems great but the fingerlock danger was too risky for me

Unfortunately completely drained in the upper part. Would be fun moves though

Climbed to the third bolt, then the 7a freed up, so decided to back clean this. Its a bit of a maze of randomly chalked up blobs and hard to read where to go

Dry fired off down low getting a pretty bad cut in my pinky, routes sharp the whole way up, especially the finish, ended up clip sticking myself to the anchor

I was climbing really well and pushing through the bolts and then..........all of a sudden the wall went really blank and a bulge appeared..........Shutdown hard and couldn't figure out the sequence to get through this tough line......try again next time.

Newish route. Bailed of at three quarter height. Was knocking some surface gunk onto a couple on the next route left, who also seemed to be in the middle of a domestic....

Bee nest near the fourth bolt, in a crucial side pull. Decided to bail out.

Made it to the third draw, thought it was a 6c
