Ascents in Zemplén having Beta

I struggled quite a bit in the middle of the face (crux). The top section is not very nice (dirty after the rim). Otherwise cool face climbing.

Many good holds at the edge of the roof - climbing out is the crux, the face part is easy.

Bottom part is easy - the real route starts from the ledge. Surprisingly tiring face climbing, good stuff.

Fun route with an exposed feeling.

Tricky moves after the first bolt.

Huge distance between last bolt and the lower off.

Excellent outing on good rock.

Loose rock all around, bolts are now removed from the bottom, and the lower off is also missing.

Such a pleasant climb, if only it would be twice as long as it is now.

Trickier than it looks from below. A crucial hold is out of sight, but once you find it, its a winner.

The start is very hard for it's grade. Doable but definitely not a warming up route.

Well placed bolts. Pleasant ascent.

Tricky start for a grade 4 route.

Slipped off at the crux. Maybe next time..

I already climbed it earlier. Nice and long - good warmup route and true to the grade.

The crux is halfway up on the route, just pedal through it and you will be fine. The rest of the route is straight forward climbing on good holds.

Tricky finish after the last bolt. Otherwise very pleasant ascent with a rest at the middle.
