Absolute banger and probably my proudest first ascent. Sick 360 sequence in the roof on some small edges !!!

Not quite sure about the grade, could be solid 9, could be 10. I don't have enough experience to tell. Compared it to 3x 10s and 2x 9s that I've done recently and it was the hardest for me. So I went with 10.

Consensus will tell over time, but Mega Classic regardless.

To me, it's the best and most logical line in the cave !!

Unfortunately it's a bit morpho and WAY harder if you are short, but what a great piece of rock !!!

As good as it gets for a 1.5m high and 2m long boulder! Just not a classic because it's too small and everything else around it is SO GOOD!

Maybe 20 attempts over 2 sessions. Used an alternative beta to the original that is considerably easier.

What a line. Awesome board style moves and lots of tension through the feet!!

The shoulder move to the seam felt quite easy for my height. Definitely a bit morpho and probably way harder if you a short.

Was just checking out the moves at the end of the session and ended up felling quite comfortable on it.

Decided to give it a good burn and it went down!

Still couldn't stick the pogo/dyno that most people use and decided to static it with the intermediate crimp and some high heel hooking.

Happy to close this proj from last year!

It climbs way better than it looks and it's way less dabby than I thought.

Not too hard with a good sequence, but it's very beta dependant.

Tried once around 2 years ago and finally went back to finish it off. Such an awesome line.

Burly and morpho, but some sick moves that are very body position dependant on this one!

Apparently cruisy and flowy until it's not anymore. Bring your A game mantling skills because the topout is a wrestle 😂

I always avoided trying this again ever since I did the FA because I didn't want to unsend it. Well, turns out I did unsend on the first go 😂, but happy to see how far I've come when I cruised it with a lot to spare on the second attempt!!

100+ attempts falling on the crux move from the start. This was by far my longest boulder project and the hardest battle mentally after thinking I was not good enough to do it.

Had almost the perfect beta from David Barrie and just fought a little bit at the end to improvise where his beta didn't suit me!

More like a V6 to be honest!

Felt easier than Sick Nutter to me, but I guess I like shouldery moves 🤷🏼.

Make sure you don't stack pads or crouch start. The crux is getting your ass off the ground! 😝

Absolute banger, but 7 is a bit of an overkill.

Doing a crux high off the ground shouldn't bump the grade vs doing it close to the ground.

Satisfying and very fucking tricky to figure out the beta!!

I don't usually enjoy traverses, but this is a fucking good one. Stoked to put this one down.

This cave looks dark and ugly, but damn the moves on this thing are mega! Very tensiony start leading to a scary move above the drop.

Place the pads wisely and bring a good spotter.

Happy to get this done after punting the move to the jug last time!!

Managed to avoid the dyno altogether by using some heel toe cams and a toe jam. Stoked!!!

Too many attempts to count trying to figure out the start. Turns out I was overcomplicating things and the solution was quite simple!

All time classic ! One of the best 7s around and the king line of the crag !

Bring plenty of pads for this one !

Repeated it 3 out of 5 attempts to get it dialed for Ultimate Surrender.

Beta seems reliable and consistent now.

Felt impossible with original right heel hook beta.

Figured out a new sequence where I blast straight to the jug with the right hand instead.

Definitely a classic. Such a good looking boulder

Awesome climb. Second session on it. Went 4th or 5th go today.

Definitely having good hips flexibility helps to get into the hand/foot match bunched up position. Specially if you are tall.

Definitely the king line of this area! Mega Classic!
