Ascents in L'Herbolari having Beta

one go before it started raining. First section is hard and reachy. Most of the climbing above the anchor was easy, a bit dirty and felt a bit snappy.

Stoked with the onsight

35m trad style route. First half lay-backing a continuous flake to a technical arête to finish. Hardest 6c to date.

Best route on grey rock I did anywhere so far! Didn't expect to do jamming in Siurana! Flash by Leon which made it his first 6c.

Not my Route. Sharp and reason for restday

Nice climbing but a few of the bolts are stupidly placed. Why is the perfect crack with clean falls nicely bolted and then there are big (admittedly easy) run-outs above ledges??

Totally amazing route. One of my all time favorites. Great lay back climbing, and the finishing arete is amazing. Classic!

2nd Go

Superb bolted crack leads to a good rest, then a sharp arete to the anchors. Get on it.

Powerful move down and then very cool jamming.

Quite powerful until 4th bolts, then gets easier and very nice, the final few meters is also tricky

Tricky start

somewhat awkward start and relatively widely spaced bolts. Entertaining route and great finish - easier than it looks.

6 QD for 30m. Slight run-out...

Lovely climbing in the upper section to the relay.

Very uncomfortable bolting. You need a tall person or clipstick for the first bolt. Pretty run-out between the clips.

I loved this climb so much

Buenísima. Movimientos delicados y bonitos al entrar, y paso duro en el techito. Después del techo lo demás es bastante relleno. No me parece mucho más dura que los 6a de la zona.

So tired...

crux is traversing right to small ledge. then, pure enjoyment.

Great first half to the scoop. (6c+/ 7a on it's own) Then a sharp crack with bad feet and a blank part with monos (where I pulled on a QD, maybe there's an easier way?) to an easier top section. Felt hard for the grade. Rest day needed.

Al segundo pegue

Great line with a sting in the tail. Don't get complacent at the last clip

Lost balance at the last draw :-(

very versatile: edges, flake, bulges and final with some jamming or liebacking, which sent me for deep dipper.

Draws were in, some beta by the english/ spanish dude-combo. Awesome features and holds in the first half to a ledge and an awkward crux. (Where I went a little more to the right than others after clipping the draw from one of the big holes. Handjam in crack, later high left foot on crucial foothold, one sloper for the right) First screams of the trip.

Fell right before the anchor... and was to tired to try again.

Words cannot describe how cool and amazing this route is. Just climb it. Do it. One of the best.
