Ascents in The Gatekeeper Buttress having Beta

This route isn't in the CMRCA guidebook (3rd edition). I suppose this is the route extension of gate keeper...? Difficult crux move, but awesome view! Even higher above the cave below. Dogged the crux move, a horizontal off-width crack

This classic route is as hard as a 7a + you can get for on-sighting!

so, you are climbing on a route where there is a huge drop into empty space (ie: anxiety state crisis cave) as you complete the climb. really liked the climb. Traversy with smearing needed for the first few bolts and then be prepared to get blasted by cold air from the cave below. Some footholds gave me trust issues but all good.

Thes un was coming and I decided to go.....climbed well and pushed on through to the anchors....happy days....good way to end the trip at Crazy Horse.

Worked the crux and sorted out the top section on this work lap.

Warmed Up putting the draws on and couldn't find the solution. Mario took over and finished putting the draws on.

Cool route, traverse out over the mouth of the cave!
