Ascents in Melting Wall having Beta

What an incredible line , I will definitely come back tomorrow/next days to sent that Epic Line . And this route is a Sandbag for the grade in my opinion. Should be 7B+

With beta , no worries. It was easy that time . Still think that Route Should be graded 7B+ . What an amazing finish to leave Tonsai with that send .

With Rob & Kizza. Face climbing on polished footholds - and where were the buckets and the pussy Thailand grading?? A climb uncharacteristic of Krabi climbing.

This seemed to finish at an anchor after just 12m.

Lots of two finger pocket action, and some balance needed.

Now bolted. I bailed at the forth bolt. It was quite awkward at that point, maybe some off width technique needed.

Fun climb

Crux is the last two bolts. Little awkward but fun, good holds once you find them.

Very fun enjoyable climb, a bit of a difficult belay spot, but doable.

Interesting!

Climbing up the flow stone towards the massive stalactite above. First section is easy with multiple phallic shaped knobs helping you up to the top. The route rounds out at the top and holds run out. Dogged here as I didn't know the sequence. Realised that I had to cross my left hand to a small hold on the right, right foot high-stepping and rocking over by pulling with my left hand, then reaching over to a massive jug on far right. Straight up to anchor from there. Will smash it next time.

Lots of monos leading up to first bolt. From there there are two underclings on the far left and right and as you step up you are left spread-eagled. One hold just above ones head but no way to reach. Bailed.

Feels more than 6a+ if you’re on the shorter side of life

really nice climbing 7a+ benchmark not so steep, from the start til the end, tufa movement toe,heel hooks & some exciting cut loose.

Got awkward at the top when I had to step well right and across. A bit polished but the jugs are all there.

Really nice little (very short) climb but I was super confused at the end. I got to a ledge/cave and found a sling with a biner on it but couldn't for the life of me find an anchor or any further bolts...

Really nice climb. Pity it was getting dark when I was at the crux and I guess I lent on the the rope a little after clipping into the last bolt help me traverse across to the better holds so I could finish before I completely ran out of light. No torches so hiked out using a lighter and a mobile phone.

Rested on rope and pulled up on a draw but pleased enough at getting most of the moves ok considering that this is hardest climb I’ve attempted in years (and with abdominal cramps!) 🙃

Finally got all the moves 🤩🎉

Went too high at the crux and needed to down climb but still managed the send 🎉 Most gratifying climb this trip.

Super fun climb, feels alot more exposed then it should
