Ascents in Ben Nevis having Beta

Lots of snow swimming upto and including pitch one. Ice was pukka after that though. Thought there would be a lot more rock pro than there was so we only took 2 screws. This lead to some exciting runnouts. Especially when I accidentally tried to to link pitch 3 and 4 and ran out of rope 5m before the p4 belay. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable route!

Drizzly and cloudy day, meant a few delays and probably additional rope work than would be necessary on a dry day. Despite the visibility and dampness this is an amazing high quality mountain route.

Second attent at point 5 but unfortunatly to busy so did this instead. A great route

Completed first pitch but spindrift got to heavy and teams ahead were slow moving so bailed out

The best of the best! At this grade anyway. But only because I've not done Bullroar
