Ascents in Menses Prow having Beta

An excellent route. This is a long and varied, full-value route. Cracks, ledges, lie backs, face climbing. Choices. This route has it all, and is a ton of fun.

A tad awkward and very tall. At 5'8", +1, the crux moves are barely reachable, but the rock is of good quality and the route is long.

This is definitely an excellent route overall, but I'm not quite sure why it's so loved in the book. Bolting is skimpy and dangerous until you clip the 3rd or 4th bolt. The firs 15+ feet are super polished and slick. Slippery, high first bolt, and run-out do not make a great combination. After the 3rd bolt, the rock quality and climbing improve significantly.

TRd at end of day to see if I could do all the moves together. Fell at the very top pumped haha. Next time for the redpoint.

Hung draws. Fell at crux several times trying to figure out sequence. Fell at top too.
