Nope still can't figure out the crux move. laybacked most of the start which i think was different to last time and I could have sworn you used ot have to traverse into it. Led up vitez to set the anchor.

tough start to not so bad climbing, i think i took the easy way out on the left at the top and then used the anchors from the climb to the left

Simon's photo of Stephan in the guide has always captivated me so this one has been on my list for a long time, great to work up the nerve to actually try it! Struggled a bit but managed all the moves, placed a red alien in the early horizontal and wished for bigger cams up higher on the the run out easier ground. It's going to be a good one to pice together next time.

took the additional #1s recommended in the guide all the way to the belay. would have liked more big sizes. a little interesting when my elbow got stuck in the vertical bit!

almost came unstuck on the start but managed to hold it. I've have to try stick to the one crack line next time, fun climbing!

Good gear and nice climbing, almost a shame it's got the bolts but i guess that means it get the traffic it deserves.

Managed to have a bit of an epic here, planning a fast and light assault we scurried up form the car only to rap in and get the rope stuck on the bottom, then at the top. During this time the wind picked up and it started spitting, i started climbing on dusk and blew the onsight by nervously asking for gear beta. After some initial stress the climbing wasn't too hard and it was a really enjoyable pitch, unfortunately by the time I was ready to bring up a second it was dark and still windy and spitting.Luckily one of us had a head torch so i got that and rand down to retrieve my gear. After all that i didn't even get a photo so i'll have to come back! Well worth it!!

Another stellar line! Watched the shade dissipate as i racked up. A little run out at the start for me but on good holds, a couple nervous moments, one notable on a poorly placed cam which i couldn't adjust but found after one more move there was a good stance. Went to the single U bolt on the ledge to clean on abseil, in hind sight may be the tree would have been a but easier to clean from (i hadn't see Will's update to the route here and the sun bleached tat didn't look as inviting as the shiny ring). Trundled a block the size of an A4 ream of paper near the start. Thanks for your patience and direction in the cleaning Jeff!

top rope with rest and pulled on the rope to get through. All ok except the show stopping two meters where i have no idea what to do.

had to justify carrying a rack in, but should have just brought the #3 and #4, finished at the look blue go purple lower off. not 100% sure if i did the start right but good fun none the less.

What a route! It's been on my list since seeing Simon's picture of Lee and it did not disappoint! Managed to get through most of the hard climbing despite getting pumped silly try to place the second cam only to mis-read the route 2 bolts form the anchor commuting to a small crimp that went nowhere on the right and finding my self dangling in space only to learn i should have gone left, next time.

Maybe with a bit of (ok, a lot of) work.

Top rope with rest and quite an active belay. I'm still not sure i can do the crux sequence! Continued to the Vitez anchor

I was a bit nervous about protecting the start but turned out ok and then nervous again with the last move protected but a suspect flake but seemed solid when i tested the placement he way down.

Nice way to round the day out, with some engaging climbing. Death block belay appears in reasonable condition but there is some wear on the slings.

A little dirty and i think i McDougaled the lower section so maybe not the best style but the upper bit was nice. Topped out only to climb back down and use the anchor to the right to lower as everything above sounded hollow.

Just on the rings, rapped in and i assume this means we linked Les Tois into Baudin - fun climb with a definite crux off the small ledge

a little stressful on time but i think this was just my lack of crack skills....don't think i jammed my feet at all.

The whales put on a show whilst i belayed Coedie up this one. it's all there once you see it but there are a couple tricky points!

Pitch 1 only

Fantastic climb very pleased to lift my trad game on this! I thought i could do just didn't know if i would do it! Made a bit easier having seconded it previously and having good gear beta through the crux.

Quite run out without trad gear. Good climbing on good rock up the top with what looked like solid gear placements to the left. The start is much easier but a cam could ease nerves there too. I think the bolts protect the crux and probably prevent a ground fall. The current description is a bit harsh, it's well worth climbing (though i'd suggest at least bringing a set of nuts).

Felt a step up from LRRH, cool moves on good rock.

I led pitch one then Jean linked pitches 2 and three. Need a bit of rope management to keep it out of the crack at the top of pitch 2. 2 stage rap down the face to the right on a 60m rope (just reaches, tie knots).

Wandered slightly right at the top to place pro but do not think it detracted from the difficulty or the climb (especially as it popped once i made the move). Very happy to get through this first go!

lacked commitment on one move and ran out of light but will have to try on the sharp end next time, its all there.

Great to see the upper pitches and well worth doing. Consistently delivers, a real classic. A little warm in full sun. Purple cam eater, had a bit of fun retrieving a nut from the 2nd belay.

Should have listened when i was told you only need a single rack! i think i placed two cams and a wire. Great climbing, though not as relaxed as i was lead to believe. Belayed from carrots at the top then walked right to the tree with the chains (above fat lipped?). Called it a day there and sought some shade. Great way to round the trip out.

Great to get through this, next to do it on the sharp end if i can protect that first move...(i think fell twice on that before getting through the climb)

Couldn't stick the jump to the starting jug so went to it using the undercling flake near LP. Tough start, took three attempts to get it clean (2nd go was clean from the start jug, 3rd from the ground up).

Top rope to clean after nick's onsight and Leah's second. need to come back and lead it found it more strenuous than it looked form the ground but great climbing.

struggled a bit with the gear but very enjoyable climbing, wasn't quite the "feel good 18" that was sold to me but good fun. need to come back and become a dinosaur now.

Quick rope solo to suss out potential routes for later. Only found one carrot anchor, at the end of a ring bolted

Classic as they come

Pitch one only,managed to squeeze it in before dark. Felt harder than the knuckle to me but great climb with fantastic pro. Left at the ledge on the top of pitch 1 to the new looking rings and down form there.

Forgot where the hold was and peeled, blocked another with a cam, but not bad going. gear is good when you need it. Cleaned to try again.

Shakey start but then got into it, still serving my jamming apprenticeship.Glad for the extensive rack we had and great to tick off a classic (pitch 1 only).

Tried placing a bigbro in the off width but turned into more trouble than it was worth so manned up and pushed through.
