Direct start to Arrested Development.

Initially graded 5.15a, upgraded to 5.15b by Matty Hong in 2021 and downgraded again by Jonathan Siegrist in 2022.

As Traversi dputs it: “Empath is slightly overhanging, about 65 feet tall and it’s difficult all the way from the bottom to the anchors. It’s a power endurance test piece with very few resting positions. The minimal shake spots are on bad liebacks with smears for feet. The route revolves around squeezing this refrigerator-like feature from bottom to top. There are only two down-pulling holds on the entire route. One of the uniquely difficult aspects of the climb is that your left hand is always on the ‘good’ holds and your right hand is always on bad holds. Your left arm gets completely smoked, because there are few opportunities to rest it.”

Climb The Pod and continue right at the last bolt.

Grade yet not official

Linkup of two mid-5.14 routes, Unforgivable and Slaughterhouse 5. Begin on a slab for a couple bolts and start pulling hard with a big move to a knob pinch. Establish with some small crimps, then move into the second overhang with some power-sapping moves to underclings. The end of the Unforgivable crux revolves around a slopey right hand pinch as you trend left to a good shake. Continue left post-jug into the v10 slaughterhouse 5 crux, which starts with a BIG left move to a slopey side pull. When this is over you've reached the top of the wall.

Also climbed as V14 high ball.

The route starts with a tough boulder problem on 20-degree-overhanging terrain, and then moves up relatively moderate before firing into two difficult boulder problems using mono pockets, a powerful gaston, and long deadpoint. The climb steepens to a 45-degree angle and continues into the last boulder problem: a series of underclings ending with a "mono-stack" and a deadpoint to an edge. The climb finishes on mid-5.12 terrain and "several feet of victory jugs".

The hardest route of Idaho! Starts up "Son of Discovery" and then it traverses right for about three bolts and then heads up to the top of the wall.

Start on "Cracked Open Sky", then at the kneebar branch left.

An exit variant of "Garbage Pail Kids".

As Nathaniel Coleman put it: The route breaks down into two or three sections: the intro snaps you into gear with a tensiony V10 followed by two hero jumps and a kneebar sequence to exit the roof. After an almost no hands kneebar, the route follows the lip of the cave with quite a few foot tricks; toe hook, heel hook, heel toe cam, la mae (is that how you spell it?), this sequence has it all. This takes you straight into the final boulder. I couldn't dream of a better sequence to guard the chains. A big left hand throw over a mini roof opens your body fully to the left with your feet carrying on behind you. Swinging your feet back on takes precision, and engaging a right drop knee takes some serious hamstring, but it's necessary in order to match the left hand. Loaded like a spring, launch for the clipping jug, and clip off the one hand deadhang (key beta). This final boulder probably clocks in at V9.

Climb past the first 3 bolts of 'Burnt Offering I'[233129391], then follow the bolt line right to the 2-bolt top anchor shared with 'Burn Victim'[233131503].
