If this where 3 times as high it would be premium. Still good this short but yes, v short.

If you dog up an 18, next thing to do is dog a 24 I guess. It seemed to me like the bolts were desperately trying to lead the climb right but really the climb is 1m to the left of all the bolts. The climb spoke to me as I hung dog it. It said: 'you stink in both senses of the word'

Very nice. Try not to step left after start like I did though, eze mistake. U'll need a better warmup than this if ur trying the 25(?)!!

Rested at the 7th bolt on Onsight lots of broken rock here with chalk around it, no clipping hold?) ended up skipping it for a ground-scraper runout. Sure, it's steep-ish, but not a great deal of "roofing" (more in the line of grovelling). Insanely sharp from the 3rd to the 7th bolt, and with very average rock. I could do this 2nd shot for sure, but I didn't enjoy it, and really wasn't a big fan of the steak-knives for holds.

Unpretentious. A few tricky moves, but a bit stop-start ledge-to-ledge climbing. The last few metres are tricky thinness.

The Very Good rating is for doing this as a Highball boulder problem (without mats). Probably not worth the effort of roping up for it, but as a solo it's quite enjoyable. Nice turtle-shell slab upper section, with a committing thin move right at the top.

22 haha. Good joke. The sequence through the 3rd bolt is actually pretty good...it would make a 20 worth a couple of stars if it ended there.

I onsighted from the split with the 28. 25 grade is another good joke - more like hard 26 or 27. Not that much easier than the 28 next door. The opening boulder problem is really cool as is the finish!

Unlike every other route I tried at this crag, this is not a sandbag. Definitely worthwhile - that opening problem is great! And the move out the roof and I the headwall is cool.

Some cool moves but definitely sharp rock. I'm probably not that good at rooves but 25 seems a bit sandbagged.

3 stars all day! Opening boulder is fucking hard if you're short but left heel makes it just work. Bit unsure of the grade haven't done any other 28's to compare

Awesome line! Committing moves at the top. Glad I don't have to do the bottom boulder problem again. A lot harder than any other 25 I've touched.

Real nice climb. Would get more stars if it wasn't as sharp and the end was better but the roof climbing is rad!

start is fun but getting to the anchors is indeed hard if you're short, and the rock is a bit crap up there, just didn't feel inspired.

good fun traversing but the moves in the roof itself seem very tough. Might just keep going on the 24 next time.

Nice stances break up otherwise pumpy climbing. Probs a good warm up for everything else that is pumpy and insane

Round Two, mildly better than round one. Found better hands and had more of an idea for the wild pony nonsense. Big ups to Merlin! But maybe need to get Greenzo in the mix?

Fell slapping at the top of the cliff, last move is a real heartbreaking finish. Massive breakthough to link it all the way too the top stoked!

True this is a cool roof, true that it may be the longest in the shire but its let down by sharp holds and poor rock in places.

A bit of hammer/file action would see it bump up in the ratings I am sure.. I think a couple of holds have broken at the crux, still same grade.

Only gets the grade if you climb to the top before clipping the anchor. Bit of fun.

Much better as a grit highball then a roped up climb. Had to question my life before committing to the high crux without pads.
