Didn't get it clean on the TR solo

Thought I was on the Raspberry Ripple- had some push for the grade for sure

Great climbing

Cheeky run out climbing to the balcony has potential for a leg breaking whip onto a ledge. Nice climbing otherwise.

Sussing out the area, and jumped on this for a taste. Fun climb, especially if you enjoy slab. The first bolt seemed a little far for comfort.

Thought this looked like a nice warm up. Harder than it looked, or maybe I'm just a bit out of practice.

Crack is alright

First ever attempt at a trad lead, bit silly as very unexperienced with crack however good protection allowing for easy lowering.

Got conned into leading, above my grade, super dodgy lead/aid climb. Really looking forward to getting strongk and leading this clean.

Heaps of fun, exciting, but well protected exit.

Did the variant finish. That slab is seriously sandbagger.

Super fun and well protected

Actually a much nicer way to access the lower right hand side of the cliff than the muddy walk down. Dry, and grippy rock feels much nicer than muddy climbing shoes. Ended up downclimbing it about 6 times that day.

Bouldery start, easy jamming, and a slightly tricky finish when the crack becomes more and more flaring, making jamming difficult.

Awkward mantle crux, followed by a big reach to the first available crack, and then lovely jamming from there, getting easier the higher you get.

Difficult moves at the top of the crack getting onto the slab, then a good rest once you're above that, very delicate slabbing past the bolt, getting much easier towards the finish.

Nice, delicate slabbing past the ringbolts, then slightly easier slabbing through the fixed hangers above.

Felt the blood pumpin on that run out at the end... Especially for a 10...

I think the topo for this one might be wrong - the bolts suggest climbing right to the weakness before turning back left.

Beat me badly on the slab a couple of moves after the finish of the crack.

Bouldery start, continual hand jams and a tricky finish. Climbing the crack wet, did not help!

Reachy moves for the hands, a little slabby but with a fun sequence not unlike a gym climb. Once you get to the corner right, it's a total moss fest!

Dogged the Digits finish

Like a lot of the climbs here, not as easy as it looks

Couldn't get to second bolt on lead so...

Tried to do the variant (16) on top rope, but failed to even get to the bolt. Couldn't stand up on the slab, no matter what I tried. Maybe coming back when it's more dry. Or after a bush fire got rid of all the moss.

Good climb - if only it were free of moss and dirt and water and… Took some rests to clean. Otherwise a nice climb.

Desperate start

nice route. beautiful cracks/good pro and nice slab afterwards. not keen on leading this one with just that old bolt up the top and slippery slab. would have been a clean ascent if the slab weren't so slippery. it seems like the rock at ben cairn is more slippery than usual. perhaps due to humid weather?

a hard 13? bouldery start. good cams. tricky/scary exit at the top. second ascent on top rope was much better, but still painful/hard.. good crack to practice jamming on.

Bolts have been replaced.

Bailed near the top because i cant bloody jam.

Bold run out end.

very nice! Not sure if I agree with the grade, feels very easy. Good wires under the flake but a bit hard to arrange

very nice! But quite mossy.. still great climbing for that grade!

some time 2011? jamming toes in the crack. poor toes! torture of a climb

The first move off the ground is mega powerful. I did enjoy this as my first crack trad lead. Hand jamming wasn;t too painful either as the granite is very comapct.

A bit mossy, but good footwork and not being focused on the frequency of gear will get you through. A fun climb!
