Lost it at the sloper before the final jug on the onsight, the old somewhat pumped and give up fall, damn

Definitely does “pack a punch”. Those slopers suck in the heat

Nails hard for a 23, glad to get the tick today.

Got 3/4 up (to the crux) and whipped. Eventually got to the top with extreme difficulty. Too tough to warrant a 2nd shot. Not my style.

It is wild the amount of resistance this route has given me. Including last years attempts, the most tie ins ever for a 23.

First climb sat on the last bolt before the chains so I didn't flash pump and ruin my day.

Pumpy little warm up, blew OS on last move. Sent second shot.

Beta less flash with some pretty pink pre-hung draws. Kinda gnarly and not that nice.

Fought a hard fight at the top, almost sliming off the final jug, just squeaked it.

Repeat attempt (not clean today) for training. I was cruising until I unexpectedly launched off the slimey jug below the crux move in the hideous conditions. Short and intense.

Got pumped.

I think I can easily claim the title of the most unfit climber in the Blueys...4th route of the day and I felt it big time. 2 goes on the day and something to come back for. Again, having shorter arms than Mitch is forcing me to use different beta, but nothing too drastically different.

Slippery day with the heat, but managed to squeak it. Pretty mellow with a punchy finale.

Short, fun and pumpy. 2nd shot. Lacking in steep endurance.

2nd shot. I overgripped myself into oblivion after seeing the disastrous condition of the 3rd bolt, and was too pumped for the crux past the last bolt on the 1st lap. Felt solid on the 2nd lap. A short climb that builds in intensity the whole way... but that trashed 3rd bolt is fecking deathly. Next free rest day I'll replace it.

23 logan challenge

Packs quite a punch in a fairly short space. Felt on the hard end of 23's but was pretty wasted at EOD. Fell off the last move on the second shot. Doh!
