攀登 in Ethel's Wall

Pumped on a 17, oh man

Not much to recommend it. Kind of awkward.

Some fun movement. Very loose block at the start, be cautious.

Cool bridging at the start. Pumpy when you're placing all those plates

Cripple rehab. Came off the very first move because right knee is still spaghetti in certain positions. Clean to the top.

This route wasn't classic, but it was certainly typical for Blueys 17 sport - the sometimes-desperate search for jugs was reminiscent of learning to climb at Barden's.

Nice climb. A bit exposed before the anchor. Has carrots and ubolt anchor.

Good warm up

Struggled off the block, but after that managed to get through the odd crux section. Didn't have cams for the top, so just ran it out to the lower offs

Fun enough jugging to start the day!

Lower offs poorly placed just above a sharp ironstone band. If you go up take your belay device and rappel.
