岩壁朝向正南，11月份上午洞内左侧岩壁能晒到太阳，午后洞内右侧岩壁能晒到太阳，雨天多数线路可以攀爬。

岩场位于石峰村弄钻屯，从三甲屯出发进入Y010乡道往古零镇方向约1公里右转进入Y007乡道，经大江屯后再右转进Y014乡道，往小江屯方向，穿过S52武平高速下穿通道进入小江屯，沿Y014乡道上坡，约3公里到达弄钻屯，全程10公里开车需要15分钟
