Sushi Row covers a large area, with sub-areas set in grassland, bush and the pine forest making it a great location year round.
There are several hard, low problems as well as a few fairly easy but committing high-balls. A lot of lines are still unclaimed

Dirt roads, but all 2wd usable if you are slow and careful
Approach
<5 min
Drive to The Playboy parking area from The Tumblers and continue to the low point of the saddle. Take the right road and drive up ~200m until you see the roadside boulder with a blue painted patch

Bolting and chisels will not be tolerated, and heaven help you if you get caught.
History
A large number of these problems were climbed in 2002.
Redevelopment started in 2016 and is ongoing.
