Ascents of Fast Eddie

Hard, chossy, bees. The bees are in the tree immediately below the rap chain. The do not like people. Climbing around them across the loose choss may kill your belayer, defo better off scrambling off to the right from the nice ledge.

Gear is generally small, but there's no real shortage of it. Tough little route, technical and slightly intimidating.

Hard move in the crux indeed, not helped by a No. 3 cam stuck where you would normally hand jam...

#11. Again a few cool moves, but nothing breath-taking. Techy move through a small rooflet. Feeling the burn - took a 15 minute break and recovered some energy.

Not a bad time filler during the middle of the day. Felt quite good rounding the rooflet with the committing rock-over move. Pretty fluid for most of the pitch and gear was fine. Anchor is an experience..

Love the one finger under cling under the roof... Not!

Ian lead the route and then I top roped it, should have lead it.....

Started up Footloose, but there were wasps, so I got on this and there were wasps at the top of this, so I exited left, where there were more wasps... Doesn't seem like anyone climbs these anymore.

Thoroughly forgettable and filthy at the top where there has been a large rock fall. Tree anchor looks really scary.

Solid crux, good hand jamming above that!

Really liked this climb. Moving above the mini roof was great fun.

Nice little climb to start the day. Soft for the grade.
