Ascents of Boomer Crack

Finally!! My other try at this was so long ago this could almost count as an onsight, but I won't cheat this time... So much fun, but if I remember to keep calm next time I might not fill the 'scream/swear jar' so much.

Excellent fun but no real finger crack technique is necessary to climb this.

was good to clean the cobwebs out from this great climb. Hope it gives some good sends this season

Cures your hangover, guaranteed. Classy, consistent climbing with protection opportunities everywhere. Nearly as good as Sundance Crack in my opinion.

A short, kinda crappy crack in the middle of nowhere. No jamming required

Pretty sure I would have pumped out on lead so toproped instead. Worth coming back for when I'm feeling stronger! Early departure from crag due to flies and sun!

Think I needed to put more gear in at the bottom as I scared myself a little on this one. Had a fixed nut to clip half way up after one of my friends had a moment on his onsight and got it stuck.

Urgh.... not the mega classic it is made out to be!

Really beautiful climbing.

Really enjoyable climbing, well protected with nuts and small/medium cams, descent stances for placing gear. Almost got this clean with one take due to not trusting a suspect nut placement. Should have flashed it.

Tried for the onsight too early. Rested and pulled on the gear. Nice project.

Great holds all the way. Excelent climbing. Pumped out badly while placing gear. Nearly fell near the top but just managed to hold on for the tick.
