Ascents of Hold Tight

Did it in one pitch, the first 30 meters are nice and tricky climbing on ok but small gear. The line in the guidebook was wrongly placed and I didn't really checked the description or understood it wrong. I went to high then back climbed it, to traverse on the correct line. A serious climb with bad protection and run out on the slap.

Didnt read the description and climbed it in one long pitch. Start same as ultion, horizontal crack traverse and up crack on right side of black slab. I didnt see the bolt i climbed direct up the middle of the slab up to the carrot bolt. Who the fuck still uses carrot bolts... bolt is in a shit spot as well 1 or 2 metres above the hardest moves. All the gear was tiny. Small RPs and cams except for only 2 big cams in the horizonal breaks. Defs run out in between each piece of gear. Hard balance slab with lots of small crimps in the vertical crux section. Overall a great time. Would climb again in 2 pitches next time.

Via a LH variant @ about gr 20. The original and the LH var are runout with poor gear.
