Was a lot closer on this climb but couldn’t get over through crux in one go. Funny what 8 days of climbing will do for the pump. Really glad I hiked for 50mins up hill to fall off rocks!

Amazing climbing, great first taste of the gallery. Need so much more endurance, none of the moves are hard. Got to the 4th bolt clean then bolt to bolt after that.

Still great, still too tired.

Back to the traditional moves, but not getting it nice enough. Really took my time to work out my feet. I should have done that 10 attempts ago.

Pretty good with the new foot sequence.

So close! Finally got through that section but just a bit too tired...next time.

Alternative moves on the top, using the undercling, didn't quite work out...

Best one so far, made it to the sloper but then couldn't get the left hand on properly...

The Gallery! How magic is this place? Chain of Fools is definitely amoungst the best power-endurance climbs I have ever gotten on. Think I would have gotten this before Christmas, but oh well, as good a reason as any to take anoher Grampians trip!

Had 2 goes and got it down to 2 rests but think I can do it with 1. Steep and pumpy with big reachy move near the end.

did all the moves first go...but not all in one go! spent most of my time in the gallery watching some german dude working monkey puzzle on TR

One rest at the lip...the biggest hold I have ever fallen off.
