Ascents of Aid Route

Aid the first 3 bolts on wet slab to the crack.

My first climb in Yosemite. Lead P2 and experienced polished pin scars. Felt quite sustained but likely due to lack of technique. Was hoping to try send this on last day in the valley but a group was practicing portaledge setup and hauling on it

tried to do without the aid to start and couldn't quite get it

Aided through the slippery bottom section with the drilled pockets. I led the crux second pitch clean. Really good. Glad we did this before serenity crack.

Got it free!

First climb at Yosemite and it was a dirty aid route to start. Fun crack for the rest of it.

Second P1, led P2.

Only climbed the first pitch that day.

Odd start. Great crack.

Almost impossible 5.10a section then a fun leaning crack to some balency moves abelow anchors.

Dogged first few metres past bolts and freed the rest using a billion pieces of gear! Forgot to trail second rope to get off-it only looked like 30m from ground! Was on it again in 2002 and still had to dog first moves!
