Not a sandbag, just proper 22. Not a warm-up though. Boulder start and then very pleasant locks and jams.

Groundfall with bonus ledge fall. Spectacular edging with an unexpected nails crux. Lack of traffic means it will need a brush, probably best to rehearse anyway. Loses one star for old bolts, dirt and potential serious injury. Start in the middle of the wall is slightly better/easier. Good warm-up for Age of Reason?

Old-skool 22. Powerful sustained 1st half, and engaging top half. Bit sharp to start. Beware the semi-permanent flake. Glad I didn't lead this in its previous engineering state. Pretty classic really.

Pumper. Straight up variant is good too and easier. Hitting the good part of the 2nd last hold is key.

Another undercling pocket crux. Not that hard if you skip the shit holds.

Devious cross-through undercling crux. I liked R->L slightly more.

The weak and timid person's Es Pontas. Surprising solid holds. Exciting top-out. A spotter would help the nerves, but the sand is soft and deep. I'm no J-Tree bouldering hardman.

21-25 height dependent. 22/23 for most. Multiple cruxes and nice movement. Tricky OS, specific beta takes out a lot of the sting. Stick clip first bolt for a sport route. Very well bolted.

More perfect ringlocks in 15m than the rest of the blueys, with one all-in there crux move. Taped knuckles, comfy shoes, and 0.5s.

AFter 20 years finally had a proper go. Awesome nails climbing with monster footwork. Assuming the hole(s) of WA (at 3rd bolt) is in, otherwise even more nails. Most likely this does not avoid major face crack on top (19). Note: 2 rusty bolts and then gear or death.

Quite punchy. Bit soggy at 23 unless you're meant to go uber-direct.

Crack for breakfast.

Only 5 bolts but on from before you leave the ground until you're standing at the chains. Solid Nowra 22. Loses a star for the anti-chipped holds and lack of traffic. Gains a star 'cause so many rad moves, the stone is bullet-hard, and no tick marks. Bolts still seem in good nick.

Quite sustained.

No harder than 8 ball. Cruxier but better rests.

Missed by >< much. One move wonder. The rest is nice but straight forward. Could call it 21 with a straight face.

Stick totally the nose until on top. Great climbing in the 2nd half.

Will always be a crap onsight due to sand and dirt.

gets 23 for the anxiety - worrying rock but it all stayed. Nicely sustained and quite the line.

Yes the 1st pitch is icky and a bit hard but the 2nd pitch is the money. So airy and take just 1 or 2 smallish cams...not a full rack! Typical summer arvo from smoke-filled, baking 28C to 15C, heavy mist and massive windchill. As noted this does the Screen Gems crux and then some. Multi-ing is a good option and yes you can walk off.

Sail Away crux finger lock to uber-consistent climbing at the grade on beautiful rock.

slippy slopey pumper traverse to quite the pull. Tad sandy.

Straight up from start to a similar horror mantle seems more logical. Used some mantle 'determination'. I'm sure there's an elegant way, but I didn't find it.

Short but nicely sustained to a punchy crux. Not the 18 warmup I was looking for.

Nice steepness to a quick thinking boulder (and not getting sucker to good holds) and a couple of insecure slab moves. One star.

Great sustained climbing with an awesome, tastefully enhanced, finish. Verging on classic. More weird tick marking. Solid.

Note quite as sustained as I remembered but still engaged slabbing.

Tricky onsight. Nice climbing bottom to top in 2 pitches.

Historically I believe this problem was right to left (repeated this way) and around the crux arete for proper pumpy 4. Solid rock (barring sandy feet), cool pockets, good friction (tad sharp).

Fun start and then long ramble to the chains. Good warmup.

Start wasn't horrible with some of the deepest jugs known to man. More interesting top 2/3 than it's left neighbours with a feature, more overhang and some pretty crazy rock.

E grade slab that's more engaging than it looks. Burly headwall that keeps on givin'. Deserved 3 stars.

Stunning climbing, beautiful rock, massive hueco, scoops, open hand pinches and slopes, spaced older bolts, deep layers of dust, bat shit, insecure, in a dark cave you can see out the top of, waves of bats pouring out on dusk, 60m rope stretcher. Get on it!
