Ascents as various tick types by Lee Cujes

Accessed via 80m rap and swing. p1 onsight, then rapped and stripped the gear for Azza's flash. Really fantastic pitch of climbing. Rather than p2 which was wet and vegetated, climbed p2 of Charlie Don't Surf which was actually harder than p1.

This glorious "clean on second" ascent is an upgrade for my 2015 lead dog. It still felt hard.

Only just managed to scrape my way up this. Good and sustained.

Excellent addition, great rock quality.

Two mini-routes split by a cave rest, but still great - some awesome tufa features.

Not sure about the downgrade personally, and it's only going to get harder with the polish. Quite happy to have Owen and Roger's beta!

Maybe the best looking route I've seen in Val Pennavaire. Fairly blowing chunks on the onsight, lucky to come away with it.

If these moves were 20m off the deck, it would be 28. But as they're 5m off the deck, 24 seems nearer the money. Kinda important not to escape too far R out of the line. Also, I think we can do better than "Unknown" for a name after a decade, so now it has one.

People on Mountain Project have been saying since 2015 that this will clean up with traffic. It hasn't happened in 8 years. Needs a leaf blower, and all the temp bolts removed.

Super good - gave me more trouble than the 12b's.

Did the more chalked and obvious and easier R version.

This features a cobble the size of a volkswagen. It even has 2 bolts in it.

Cool! Premium Monty guiding! I don't think I would have ever found the rap point. It's directly downhill from the start of the track to wind eroded cave. A green fixed rope leads down a slippery rock shelf on the way. Don't be put off by previous trip reports - recent rebolting efforts have really improved this one. It's still sporting and runout in parts, but really well worth doing.

Phwoar! If I came to this without trip fitness I would have been dead. Unrelentingly on the arms and nowhere to hide.

Good, involved, possibly desperate through the crux. Probably the best route here.

Great summer afternoon out. I was lucky to not fall off pitches 1 and 4. And p3 was a battle royale on the onsight. Only barely squeaked it in. Each pitch has its own unique character. It seems like this hasn't seen much attention over the years, but it definitely should. Take a 4m length of rope to back up or replace the rope on p1's monster tree belay.

Awesome one to do as a sport-multi summer afternoon combined with Bladderhozen as they are virtually side by side.

I was closest to falling off the top of this. No chalk to guide the way, proper hunting.

In the modern world of roof climbing and kneebars, this would be a grade 24 roof route if it was on a rope, but it does seem a bit mean to suggest it's a V3?

Some of the thinnest moves of all time to get started, yeesh! Oh, and the slab! Good god, the slab! 24 is fair I'd say.
