Onsighted first pitch (DP) but just missed out on the sent on the second pitch. Honestly, don't really mind that much though as it was an amazing experience either way!

Thanks so much Wynnie for making this happen, for letting me lead both pitches and for keeping a cheery mood despite getting soaked up to the shoulders on the first belay (with low tide and small swell).

Route reminds me of Gäsi climbing =)

Finally, not an easy climb; some may even say not 7b...

Felt hard today in very humid conditions. Especially the first pitch is hard for the grade!

You basically need two shots for every climb here...one to clean the holds and the second one to actually climb it.

Some fun through the roof, for me not harder than P1 (which felt hard for the grade).

Climbed as one massive pitch. Some very funky moves on superb rock. Highly recommended.

Nice climbing though very polished! The extension is def worthwhile (in my opinion better than P1) and not polished at all!

The start is a bit bouldery but the rest is really nice sustained climbing.

Fell during my onsight attempt after 40m at the very end past the overhang...

Classic climbing with some unlikely moves at the grade. Climbed it as one massive pitch which wasn't too bad. (had to do the start twice)

Very sharp crimps. Luckily I ticked this first go, don't think my skin would have survived a round 2

P1: Nice warmup, maybe 6c?

Unfortunately, in terms of "quality of climbs", the tiger wins against the cyclops...

Probs more 7cish? Had to pull hard though when a few holds broke while entering the crux.

Massive endurance Line, with a crux section half way up. 36min for the 40m, not a speed ascent but what can you do when there are about 30 kneebars ;-). Sooo much fun. Clipping the anchor was a massive fight.

Got stuck in the Uber technical crux for, what felt like, solid 10min... eventually figured out a way out of it. This pretty much wrecked me for the juggy but pumpy part and made this section quite interesting as well. The upper crimp endurance section is a beauty, but also quite challenging with no chalk on it / no indication which holds to go for.

All in all a fantastic route. For me the best of the sector.

Climbing is great but a bit crumbly in parts

What an adventure. 55m of tufa madness, though didn't feel like a tufa climb at all, more like a chimney/offwidth climb. I think in the entire 55 m there is not a single downwards facing hold

More technical than hard.

This must be soft? However with 80km winds I had to fight like hell to not get blown off the techical sections.

What a route!!! Happy to finally onsight a 7c which is considered as hard....makes me feel a bit better about all the softies I ticked ;-)

Proper zero chalk onsight. Very cool climb with a fun finale to the anchor.

Fun climbing, probably easy for the grade.

The King of the Bongo

Borderline onsight (some one else was climbing it a week ago while we are a few routes over, so i had an idea whereabouts the crux would be....bt i guess thats quite obvious anyway). Essentially a boulderproblem after the consistent 6b start

To first anchor: a bit of a one move wonder but still nice climbing.

To 2nd anchor: Crimping on small edges with high feet. Not sure if this is harder than P1.

If the crux would be at the start it prop would be 7a+....the rope drag/ weight makes it hard.

You don't get the grade if you climb this in two pitches!

A bit contrived a bit green and a bit scary (some of the holds, you know your finger will stay there if your foot comes off.....). Otherwise some fun moves

Fun route on good rock, suited me well. a few bouldery sections with good rests in between.

Couldn't believe this brilliant piece of climbing was already over, so I extended into the 7a+ to the left.of it for some extra meters.. Superp rock and moves.

Don't have much if this these days...

The most I fought all trip. The starting boulder is nails, as is the higher technical traverse.

Very pumpy as a warmup but super cool climbing.

Nice warmup. Anchor could have been two draws earlier for my liking.

My calves ar still cramping... Obviously soft, but good fun nevertheless

The logical way the climb should end! Nice addition but needs some traffic to clean up...not sure why it gets 25 though....

Not sure why this would be easier for us shorties, but it's probably at the soft end of 25 either way.
