How can one resist climbing such a nice crack.

Belayed a friend up.

Sweet line but scary, first time back on the sharp end in a little while...

A great route with lots of variety in the climbing.

Good route, pity about all the midgies flying about.

Good all round face route.

A couple of roofs to jam through. But great jams.

Awkward old school climbing. ie offwidth corner crack.

One bulge at about half height to keep things interesting.

A good route. The crux was less intimidating this time round. Perhaps because this was because I was seconding it.

Great climbing. But was regretting the lack of RP's for this route.

Good value route even the second time around.

The climbing is good but the rusty old pins don't inspire a lot of confidence in the pro.

The guide says it's for toprope but most trad climbers will get good gear in the pockets to make this a safer lead.

Runout on rusty pins with dodgie old slings for an anchor. What can I say, it was a crowded day at the crag and you have to take what you can climb...

Pretty soft for the grade. Very nice crack protected face climbing.

Adds a whole new dimension to the route when you have to naturally protect it.

Scattered climbing due to all the ledges in this route. Climbing it in the twilight added to the challenges.

Exciting first move.

Steer well clear of this overhanging offwidth with rotating chock stones.

Previously seconded to the halfway ledge. It's lenght makes it an enjoyable outing.

Way cool hand crack in a roof. With some exciting moves through it.

Only lead to the anchors at the tree. No reason why you couldn't climb it to the top.

Reachy first clip, but otherwise well bolted for Giraween standards.

Hard for 17. funky rock formations on the upper sections of the arete.

Good face route on positive crimps and jugs.

Great roofs to climb over for the grade.

Couple of hard moves to start with tricky gear then leads to plesant climbing all the way to the top.

Looks intimidating but the jugs are huge all the way through the overhang.

IN between Showers there was enough time to rack up and tick this route. Substituted the two bolts with some more natural gear (aliens and wires).

Rather sustained. Placed one dodgie wire that I never bothered to clip and another suspect Alien before finding a rest and some good gear.

Had to wait a few days to get back to this one as people were constantly on it.

A cold wind was blowing, making belaying at the top a cold experience.

As good as Muldoon.

Perhaps soft for 18.

Makes a good warm up. Well bolted too.

For some reason I was expecting a thrid bolt. There wasn't one...

Much better than the original, if a little run out at the top.

We may have gotten a bit lost on the second pitch. We still found the (some) anchors though.

Very thought provoking moves past the first bolt.
