Two thirds of the way up before it starts proper pouring. Have to get back on it. Mostly small wires, but at least one mandatory hook move. With top rope backup.

Skipped the two finger pocket on the left and went for a biiiig move instead.

Grade V Goodness. So epic, so amazing.

First 23. Super hungover. Have just helped carry my mate with a broken ankle out of the crag. Get super pumped and keep fighting to the chains. Even if it's soft, i'm still pretty happy.

In approach shoes. Soft.

What a day. Wonderful wild route, Climbed it in a storm, and it felt like climbing to the centre of the universe.

My first 22, worked hard for it. Wasn't gonna have another burn cause of my recurring handpain, but i got it.

Finally! Seemed harder than Dictator...

Second shot as a huge storm rolled in.

Fun little roof. Good warm up for what follows.

Hard for the grade, but serious quality. 5 goes over two days.

V3 in about three different guides. No slouch at that grade either. Probably the best thing i've done at Queen's Park.

Half in half out of the crack. Nice enough.

Fantastic climbing, a lot 'traddier' than I thought it would be, Lots of cool jamming and liebacking. Climbed with Sam and Damon. Onsighted pitches 1 and 3. Seconded Pitch two and fell at the crux. I think the crucial flake may have pulled off to the left. Great day out. Still a fair amount of loose flakes and moss, but will clean up with more ascents. Get on it.

There and back again to clean this time.

Repeat. No easier second time. The ACA grade of 20 is probably much closer to the mark.

23 Huh. Sounds like a water balloon to me. (Opposite of a sandgbag) Probably 17, but really fun!

Very good quality! Worth doing even if you don't like grovelling. Finish is exciting, ended up with my feet above my head!.

Tough on the fingers. Stupid double lower offs.

boree log 2011 sem 1. Ripped my toe nail off messing around on start boulder.

Led first pitch. Fell at start of second pitch (Super greasy!) Flipped my self back the right way up and did the second pitch clean second go.

First proper pitch of Aid! With a top rope backup while I work out my systems. Mostly cams, but a high step on a very small nut and hooking to the top. With Rene.
