Ascents of Flower Tower

Good start to the trip! Enjoyed the simplicity of bolt clipping (rather than the usual trad shenanigans).

Managed to punt pulling the roof 😅 just committed to bad moves. The first pitch should be logged as a 2-3 star easy route on its own though.

Pretty fun through the roof, thought the last draw was the anchors and took up on the onsight but having done the moves after probably would have fallen so oh well.

Athletic

10 metres of 7a+ gives you the sickest pumped factor ever on the undercling roof traverse, glad to put this one away on the warm up, probably not the best idea. :p

Actually an Alzheimer's onsight. It's tricky for the grade.

Cool climbing on a pillar

2 shots, on the first one I was about to clip the anchors and Laurin, who was using the grigri for the first time, wouldn't give me slack! Would've been an OS for sure. Oh well, it was his first time and I was aware of it, no worries Anyway, amazing 3D climbing with lots of kneebars and Coolum type moves.

A fun thing to climb

Another sand bagged easy route, cool long route climbing up this narrow pillar. Unlike anything thing else I have climbed.
