Second pitch is pretty cool. Awesome jam crack, then technical bridging up two corners. Dan did a good job leading, even if he had to resort to aiding the jam crack section using crack gloves.

Always good value.

Great climbing, deteriorated a bit towards the top.

Been ages since I've been to the Moai. It's a top notch day out. Nice lead by Dan, although he did selfishly place a bombproof wire that took some work to get out. Climbed in two downies, which made it bearable.

Top rope solo to exit. Longer and more scramble than I remembered. A crow had made off with my cans of tuna out of my zipped bag when I got to the top. Made it back to the car just before it rained hard. Lucky, as the guy I was with was pretty slow walking. Apparently he pulled up pretty sore the next day. Different levels of athlete I guess....

I boldly opted for the top rope. Great pitch.

After work ascent. Felt tricky for 19.

Top roped using the rap rope to get out. Only just squeeked up it. Really good climbing. Needs a bit of cleaning on the top section of crack, but ace and unusual balance climbing.

TR after lowering of Tourettes. Other than a scrappy first three metres, this climbs well.

Climbed again to add DBB.

Did the whole route this time. 2nd pitch is good climbing, and sustained at the grade. First pitch is meh, last pitch is regretable.

Hard and enjoyable moves, but a bit contrived. Unleadable. Would be a good route woth a few bolts.

A testing lead. The first 15m is sustained faceclimbing with some loose rock and care needed to find protection. The 2nd half is easier, with lots of ledges and gear. Elbow tendon not noticed.

Excelllent, tricky for the grade.

Had climbed before the bolt was added. Good route!
