Top 3 pitches this time, with Taib as part of a Burgermeister-Weaselburger linkup. P1 - Onsight, P2 - Clean Second, P3 - Onsight. Pitch 1 is easier than Mirrorball, but with all the crap rock not yet broken off. Exciting, airy and scary. Pitch 2 is sustained thin crimping with few rests, though relatively straightforward. Pitch 3 is just bizarre. From steep jug hauling, to a no-hands chimneying rests, to a cut-loose move and more steep jug hauling. Bloody what? Overall: more great climbing!

Awesome route! Every pitch was a great. Start of 2nd pitch is tough, definitely 24 - Jenna and I both had a sit. First two pitches were pretty painfully as we were pretty cold. Best multipitch I've done in the bluies.

This is really two excellent and independent routes that share a name and finish one above the other. Led the odd pitches (combining 5 & 6). The desperate little traverse on P2 just squeaks it to grade 24 overall and was quite unnerving to second with 30m of rope above and the ledge just below. There is an optional belay at 10m on this pitch which would suit a nervous second. Annoyed to fall on P3 when I misread a move and pumped off some crimps. Overall a stunning route with the first 3 pitches being the meat of it.

Brilliant. Not sure why the grade says 24 here. Definitely a 23 IMO. All pitches are long and absorbing, with a mix of good rests and trickier sections.

P1. Os - not my ideal Warm-up! But still good climbing P2. Tr/aid - felt sketchy above ledge with pitch of rope stretch couldn't mentally commit. Rest of pitch was great. P3. Os. Fairly cruisy for the grade, enjoyable. P4. Tr. Average rock /average climbing P5. Os. Good climbing, will be interesting when flake/crimp blows off. P6. Tr. Shit, did not enjoy this

P1: second clean. P2: lead, had a few takes at the first crux before I managed to stick the gaston (not easily done with the heavy backpack on), then onsight from there, loved it all. P3: second with rest, climbing with the sun straight in the face at 28 degrees is not my favorite sport. Not sure how Henrique managed. Would definitely come back with shade or clouds. Really good line!

first pitch was a good warm up for p2. Didn’t manage to stick the moves off the ledge first try, had a little trouble higher up too and had to take. The rest of it was good fun. Third pitch has an interestingly move through the roof with an exfwwlnt traverse leftwards afterwards. Overall a good day out with a long time friend having fun and making some memories.

This was meant to be a rest day, so ethics went out the window on this accent . Dogged a few moves on P1&2, did the P3 of burgermeister. Then did mirrorball mega pitch to finish. Was fun day out!! I definitely want to come back and do the whole route proper.

Really fun but I don’t think it quite lived up to the hype. Interesting climbing but the rock quality isn’t nearly as good as some of the more recent routes in a similar genre. We had a late start due to me being rather hung over so, after not enjoying the first pitches as much as we wanted to, we bailed off Lunch Ledge.

Onsighted all the odd pitches, clean 2nd all the evens.. Why have I waited so long to climb this gem? After getting a rope stuck on the mirrorball rap and having to queue for the start..? I was thinking it was going to be one of those days but as soon as we left the ground the good times rolled on. 2nd pitch is pretty gripping but I think the 3rd pitch is the best fun.

An epically good day out. Got down early and gave ourselves time to take it all in. P1. Very good, straight into the crimping. P2. Classic, solid and very memorable start. P3. Mega Classic, quite sustained and the highlight pitch for me (but for the record they’re all sick). P4. Classic, very airy, exposed and nice to see some sun. P5. Classic, this thing just keeps on giving. (Solid effort Mitchy!). P6. Very good, some fun moves to finish it all off (but well short of the suggested 20m). Great ring placements throughout. Thanks again Blueys!!

So by not seeing an obvious anchor i kept going up and linked 2 into 3, realised i was going to run out of biners so girthed alpines use singles made one from a prussik and locking biner skipped some all whilst being pumped like crazy from this megapitch, by the time i got to lunch ledge every high foot felt like i was sqatting 100kg. turns out a 60 is long enough to link the 2 with about 5m to spare. 3 star

Bloody awesome. First 3 pitches only. Onsight P1 (21/22), red point P2 - fell off on nails hard move past first bolt on onsight, 2m off the belay (hard 23), onsight P3 (22/23). Absolutely brilliant, exposed, engaging, thought-provoking, strenuous... need any more adjectives to describe tbis beauty? Had to leave the last 3 pitches for another day, as my partners' valiant battle on this monster drained every drop of his energy.

Only climbed first two pitches. Fantastic climbing with great exposure and views. Had to bail on third pitch as I was feeling quite stuffed and couldn't do this small slightly overhanging section. The first and second pitch contained quite technical climbing. P1 would have to have been my favourite of all. Looking forward to doing a repeat of Weaselburger in the near future when I'm a stronger climber. P1 - Second with rest, P2 - Second with rest, P3 - Attempted ascent (Second with rest).

Almost every pitch on this deserves classic status in its own right. I was hopelessly outclassed on this. Full throttle from the ground.

P1 pulled on the first draw because busting an ankle at the bottom of the route seemed like a poor plan, otherwise clean. P2 yarded through a few moves, some proper hard moves and very sustained. Tried to lead P3 but got shut down at the roof, then on second swung into space and had to jug back up to the rock. P4 possibly soft, points for exposure and committment perhaps? Still a very fun pitch. P5 turns it back on, I was way too cooked for it, excellent movement. P6 is a cool little finish.

Absolutely outstanding route - I need to get stronger and come back for this. Thanks to Damion for pulling through where I couldn't.
